谷氨酸脱氢酶

谷氨酸脱氢酶催化L-谷氨酸和α酮戊二酸间的可逆转换。它可以用于氨、α酮戊二酸、L-谷氨酸和脲酶的酶法测定。它和脲酶联用可以用于尿素的测定。
