干细胞移植可延缓多发性硬化症的进展
一项回顾性观察性研究称,与其他抗炎疾病修饰疗法(DMT)相比,自体造血干细胞移植(AHSCT)可能延缓继发性进行性多发性硬化症(SPMS)患者的残疾进展时间更长,该研究对79例接受AHSCT的SPMS患者和1975例接受其他DMT的SPMS患者进行了研究。研究发现,干细胞移植不仅延长了残疾的时间,而且还轻微改善了症状。[查看]
