青稞即种植在青藏高原的裸大麦,为大麦的一个变种,藏语中称为“乃”,是青藏高原农牧民的主要食粮和牲畜饲料。在青藏高原长期的自然选择和人工驯化下,形成了对高原复杂地理、气候环境良好的适应性,是作物改良的重要遗传资源。 中国科学院成都生物研究所与西藏农牧科学院、华大基因共同绘制了青稞基因组草图。利用基因组鸟枪法,对青稞地方品种“拉萨钩芒”进行了深度测序,发现青稞 基因组大小为4.5Gb左右,其中80%以上为重复序列。组装获得约3.89Gb基因组序列,占整个基因组的87[查看]

杭师大:miRNA调控水稻叶片衰老
