发现阿尔茨海默病的新治疗靶点PDE4B 活性降低2<font color='red'>7</font>%可大大挽救AD小鼠记忆、大脑功能和炎症
英国利兹大学和兰开斯特大学的研究人员发现了治疗阿尔茨海默病的一个新的潜在靶点——PDE4B。文章发表在《自然》旗下的《 neuropsychopharmacology》期刊上。研究发现,阿尔茨海默(AD)小鼠在迷宫测试中表现出记忆缺陷,但PDE4B基因活性降低的AD小鼠的记忆没有受损。这提示减少PDE4B活性不仅可以预防阿尔茨海默病,还可以预防其他形式的痴呆症,如亨廷顿氏病的认知障碍的前景。[查看]
